Roy Lee Bradshaw

LAWNDALE - Mr. Roy Lee Bradshaw, 74, of 2541 Curt Ledford Road, died Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2001, at Fort Sanders Sevier 
Medical Center in Sevierville, Tenn.

A native of Cleveland County, he was born Dec. 19, 1926. He was the son of the late Lester White Bradshaw and Fannie 
Miller Bradshaw Gantt. He retired as a supervisor with the N.C. Highway Department and served in the Army in the 
European Theater during World War II. He belonged to Zion Hill Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Geneva Ramsey Bradshaw of Lawndale; two daughters and a son-in-law, Dianne 
and Larry Willis and Tammy Bradshaw, all of Lawndale; two grandsons and a granddaughter-in-law, Jason and Susan 
Willis of Vale and Shane Willis of Lawndale; a great-granddaughter, Emily Willis of Vale; and four brothers, Willard 
Bradshaw, Forrest Bradshaw and Wayne Bradshaw, all of Lawndale, and Bill Bradshaw of Vale.

The funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Zion Hill Baptist Church with the Revs. Burl Sain and Harold Cantrell 
officiating. The body will be placed in the church 30 minutes before the service. Burial will be in the church 
cemetery with military graveside rites.

The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at Stamey Funeral Home.
